As the Head of Growth Marketing , you will be responsible for developing the overall strategy for the Apps business, and driving on site conversion, user engagement and retention through creative marketing techniques post-acquisition.
You will leverage your skills in digital marketing, analytics, and creativity to identify growth opportunities, design and implement experiments and optimize marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a maximized lifetime value Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics, such as conversion rates, using data-driven insights to improve results continuously Create effective post-acquisition strategies to activate new users and drive customer retention, engagement, and upsell Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and make data-driven recommendations for marketing optimization and growth strategies Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance and key metrics to senior management About you: Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization Experienced with Conversion Rate Optimization strategies Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding marketing goals Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously What we offer: Work from anywhere - this is a remote opportunity A competitive salary that values you and your unique skill sets Career advancement & professional development opportunities to help you reach your full potential Flexible work arrangements to support work/life balance About us: At HostPapa, we've been committed to providing a complete array of enterprise-grade cloud services solutions to every business owner since 2006.
