What We Expect:

• Experience in online school project management, course production, or marketing
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language and preferably Portuguese
• Prior experience in launching courses from scratch
• Communication skills with course experts and experience with marketing funnels
• Understanding of sales department interaction and metrics tracking

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Market analysis for accounting education in Brazil, identifying target audience and product hypotheses
• Finding speakers for course launches, building long-term relationships with them
• Collaborating with the product team to plan and execute course launches, coordinating team actions
• Launching and expanding subscription services in Brazil, defining features and working with IT PM to shape development backlog
• Creating marketing funnels to maximize ROMI, LTV, and minimize CAC
• Ensuring maximum conversion rates, average revenue per customer, and sales income in collaboration with the sales team
• Organizing the educational process with the training department and analyzing product metrics
