Principais atividades:
Gerenciar projetos de acordo com a estrutura definida (metodologias, processos, técnicas, ferramentas).Definir e manter um plano de projeto atualizado.
Gerenciar o escopo do projeto e garantir a qualidade das entregas.Identificar, monitorar e abordar riscos e problemas.
Estabelecer a comunicação com o cliente.
Gerenciar as atribuições de trabalho de recursos e tempo VS esforço dispensado.
Promover comunicação, interação e sinergias dentro do projeto, bem como com outros projetos e equipes multifuncionais.
Avaliar o desempenho do projeto e propor ações de melhoria.
Avaliar o desempenho dos membros da equipe e propor ações de desenvolvimento.
Comunicar-se de forma clara e direta com os membros da equipe e as partes interessadas do projeto.
Compreender as necessidades do negócio, tomar decisões de backlog e fornecer informações à equipe em tempo hábil.
Requisitos:
Ter trabalhado com serviços criativos e/ou automação de marketing.
Experiência com a plataforma Salesforce.
Capacidade de se comunicar a nível avançado/fluente (fala, escuta, escrita e leitura) em Inglês e Espanhol.+5 anos trabalhando como Project Manager/Product Owner em agências digitais, fábricas de software ou empresas de TI.Experiência trabalhando com ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos como MS Project e JIRA.Conhecimento em processamento de dados e dashboard.
Análise de métricas e KPI's.Experiência com produtos web e/ou mobile.
