Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting a Sales Finance Supervisor to be based in São Paulo (3 days on-site and 2 days remotely).Reporting to the Sales Finance leadership, the supervisor will be part of strategic activities related to accelerate MedTech revenue management and profitability gain.

She/He will assist in tracking the organization's financial performance, actively participate in financial forecasting and analysis, and contribute to decision-making processes to shape strategic direction.

She/He will partner with several business being a commercial team member with financial expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Finance Business Partner, the supervisor will collaborate closely with the Sales strategic accounts team and track overall sales from a channel perspective.
The supervisor will be responsible for directing the analysis to identify risks and opportunities, guiding decision-making and strategy setting, and ensuring that the financial performance of strategic customers is effectively tracked.
  • Connect in depth with business partners and be seen as a trusted advisor to provide financial guidance while influencing the decision-making process.
  • Participate in business plan cycles as well as BvA analysis.
  • Collaborate with I2C, RGCM (pricing), Sales Compensation, and other key areas providing financial guidance and support, influencing decision-making processes to enhance financial results.
  • Deliver solutions to evolve our commercial approach and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation where feasible.
Reduce operational complexity with an Agile mindset to implement sustainable improvements and drive tangible results.
  • Analyze complex financial data and develop ad hoc presentations for leadership.
  • Monitor the market, assessing potential impacts on the business, and generating insights.
  • Engage in projects to optimize Med Tech financial results.
  • Develop team members, providing guidance on techniques, processes, and responsibilities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor' s Degree Completed is required.
  • Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.
  • Previous Experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required.
  • Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
  • SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI Skills is desirable.
  • Availability to work in São Paulo.
