Role: Project Manager – Customer Care

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Sao Paulo Brazil

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer care projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular status reports and communicate project progress and results to senior management.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within Customer Care or Customer Service environments.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Sales Force, JIRA, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
