You will collaborate closely with HR senior stakeholders to understand operations requirements, ensuring designs align with business strategies and deliver robust, user-centric functionality that enhances our HR operational systems.How your day-to-day work will look like:✅ Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 ERP and Power Platform.✅ Implement, configure, and support key Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, including GL and Billing.✅ Build and optimize automation processes using Power Automate.✅ Develop custom applications and extensions using X++, C#, .Net, and JavaScript.✅ Work with SQL/MSSQL to manage data operations, queries, and integrations. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver scalable implementations.✅ Ensure system performance, security, and compliance across projects.This would make you the ideal candidate:✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.✨ 5+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations modules – GL, Billing).✨ Proficiency in X++, C#, .Net; C++.✨ Solid experience with SQL/MSSQL.✨ Knowledge of accounting and financial processes (GL, Billing) within Dynamics 365.✨ Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).✨ Proficiency in JavaScript for customizations and integrations.✨ Background in ERP customizations, integrations, and automations.✨ Strong knowledge of SQL and data management best practices.✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
