Job Responsibilities:


• Manage a team of shift-based operators (24/7), ensuring performance, process compliance, and full operational coverage.

• Recruit, train, and develop SOC operators, maintaining high standards of competence and operational discipline.

• Supervise monitoring of security cameras, alarms and access control systems, ensuring rapid response to any event.

• Coordinate alarm and incident response, ensuring protocol compliance and proper escalation.

• Conduct or oversee risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements. on security protocols and emergency response.

• Investigate security incidents, documenting actions, root causes, and mitigation plans.

• Develop and manage the Travel Monitoring program.

• Monitor employee travel safety, ensuring support in risk situations.

• Manage the issuance of alerts through mass communication platforms.

• Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Facilities, among others) and external partners. operational results on a quarterly basis.


Job requirements:


• Previous experience as a SOC Manager or in a similar role within corporate security.

• Knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms, VMS, etc.).

• Proven ability in managing operational teams.

• Excellent communication skills, including crisis management.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to handle emergencies outside of regular business hours when required.
