Role: Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack Developer)

Location: LATAM (Brazil)


About: We are a fast-growing startup that provides 1:1 coaching with local pros. Our team is driven by innovation and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions that transform our industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

· Excellent English

· Experienced full-stack react/typescript/node dev

· Nice to have: founder experience; team lead experience

Must-have:

· 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on Node, TypeScript, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, React, and React Native. (We also use Chakra UI)

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Netlify (we use both)

· Strong understanding and hands-on experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

· Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure apps.

· Solid understanding of principles, design patterns, and best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
