Sinclair is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our social media presence and manage engagement with our online community. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring social networks, developing strategic digital marketing plans, and producing compelling content. You will also manage influencer marketing campaigns and analyse performance to ensure we meet our goals. Success in this role requires creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, webinars, SEO, lead generation campaigns, and all other digital actions.
  • Manage Sinclair’s social media channels and align brand presence with global strategy.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
  • Ensure all digital channels are consistently updated and optimized.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance.
  • Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies.
  • Optimize digital tools with a focus on enhancing user experience.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective use of the marketing budget across various activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with agencies, designers, and brand representatives.
  • Manage the Sinclair Play and Sinclair College digital training platforms.
  • Cover specific events, creating engaging content for social media.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and satisfying digital experience at every touchpoint.


Essential:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing


Desirable:

  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable

  • Creativity in campaign development and problem-solving, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Competence in efficiently allocating and managing the marketing budget across various channels and campaigns with a business-driven mindset.
