Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional experiente para conduzir um MAP Assessment voltado à migração de uma plataforma de BI e dados, atualmente hospedada no GCP (Cloud SQL/DB como backend), para um Data Warehouse baseado em AWS, utilizando Amazon QuickSight + Q para visualização.


O(a) candidato(a) ideal será responsável por analisar o ambiente atual, identificar oportunidades de modernização e definir um roteiro claro para a migração, garantindo melhor agilidade, experiência do usuário, governança e tomada de decisões baseada em dados.


Principais responsabilidades:

  • Inventariar os data pipelines, a lógica de relatórios e a governança existente.
  • Identificar lacunas, riscos e dependências.
  • Mapear a arquitetura de BI e relatórios existentes e propor uma arquitetura-alvo escalável na AWS.
  • Definir estratégia de migração, priorização de relatórios e abordagem técnica (redesign, consolidação, validação).
  • Prover um roteiro de migração de alto nível para a plataforma de relatórios, com estimativas de esforço e cronograma.
  • Avaliar requisitos de governança, segurança, controle de acesso, sensibilidade de dados e conformidade regulatória.
  • Participar de reuniões executivas e apresentações para stakeholders, comunicando insights técnicos e estratégicos.


Competências técnicas esperadas:

  • Experiência em projetos de migração de BI para ambientes cloud-native, preferencialmente AWS.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de BI e DW do Google (Cloud SQL/DB, Datastore, Looker) e da Amazon (ex.: Redshift, QuickSight + Q).
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de dados, modelagem dimensional, ETL/ELT, e integração com provedores de identidade.
  • Familiaridade com práticas de segurança de dados, compliance e auditoria.
  • Habilidade em documentação técnica e uso de ferramentas como Microsoft Excel e Word para planejamento e análise.
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente.
