  • Finance Analyst
  • Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro - RJ

Responsibilities:


• Control and execute the process of accounts payable (CAP) with accuracy and punctuality;


• Schedule and execute payments according to contractual deadlines and internal policies;


• Ensure compliance with the approval limits defined in the LOA (Limit of Authority);


• Reconcile bank and accounting balances related to payments.


• Analyze maturities, deadlines and payment flow to optimize cash use;


• Identify discount opportunities in advance and avoid penalties/interest for delays;


• Monitor KPIs such as supplier aging, payment lead time and disbursement predictability.


• Act as a point of contact with suppliers for clarifications on payments, retentions and discrepancies;


• Support internal areas (Procurement, Tax Accounting) to ensure process integrity;


• Monitor supplier onboarding, banking data conferencing and compliance processes.


• Ensure that payments comply with internal controls and tax rules (deductions, invoices, taxes);


• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications;


• Ensure archiving and traceability of all documents related to payments.

5. Systems and Automation


• Operate IFS ERP systems with autonomy, performing launches, blocks, releases and reconciliations;


• Suggest process improvements with focus on efficiency and reduction of manual errors (RPA, automations with Excel, Power BI, etc.);


• Maintain updated and compliant supplier and account registration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Administration and equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry will be a plus.
  • Good behavior and be proactive
  • TEAM Spirit
  • English Advanced
