Descrição da vaga:

A Stonefort está buscando um Gerente Regional de Vendas altamente qualificado para o Brasil, com profundo conhecimento em CFDs (Contratos por Diferença), para integrar nossa equipe em expansão. O candidato ideal deve possuir uma carteira de clientes sólida, experiência em mercados financeiros, histórico comprovado em vendas e a capacidade de desenvolver e manter relacionamentos fortes com os clientes.


Principais responsabilidades:


Gerar leads e convertê-los em clientes ativos de negociação.

Atingir os KPIs e metas estabelecidos mensal e trimestralmente.


Promover produtos e serviços de negociação de CFDs para clientes de varejo e institucionais. Esteja ativamente alinhado com as tendências atuais do mercado para atrair clientes potenciais. Construa e mantenha relacionamentos sólidos com indivíduos de alto patrimônio e traders.


Uma carteira de clientes ativa e uma forte conexão com o mercado são um diferencial.


Trabalhe internamente com os departamentos relevantes para proporcionar a melhor experiência de integração.


Mantenha-se atualizado sobre os riscos e benefícios da negociação de CFDs para garantir a conformidade com os requisitos regulatórios.


Trabalhe em estreita colaboração com as equipes de marketing e trading para alinhar as estratégias de vendas às tendências do mercado.


Assegure a retenção de clientes por meio de um excelente atendimento ao cliente e gestão de relacionamento.


Mantenha-se atualizado sobre os mercados financeiros, plataformas de negociação e ofertas da concorrência.


Requisitos principais:


Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em vendas de negociação de CFDs, forex ou mercados financeiros equivalentes.


Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas de vendas.


Sólido conhecimento de plataformas de negociação, negociação com margem, alavancagem e gestão de riscos.


Fluência em inglês.


Familiaridade com todas as regulamentações e conformidade do mercado financeiro é um diferencial.


Experiência prática no uso de sistemas CRM, plataformas de negociação (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5) e ferramentas de gestão de leads.

Job Overview:

Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager - Brazil. with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.
  • Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
  • Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
  • Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus
  • Work internally with relevant departments in order provide best onboarding experience.
  • Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
  • Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.



Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with all regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.
  • Hands on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools.
