Como nosso(a) Analista de Marketing Intelligence, você terá um papel fundamental em conectar dados, estratégia e performance para impulsionar nossa geração de demanda B2B em contas de ticket médio e alto.
Sua missão será contribuir diretamente para o crescimento sustentável do funil de vendas, ajudando a transformar dados em decisões práticas que acelerem resultados de marketing e vendas.
* Mapear e priorizar contas e segmentos de alto potencial (ICP, TAM, ABM).
* Analisar performance de campanhas (CAC, LTV, ROI, Payback, conversões por canal).
* Estruturar dashboards e relatórios estratégicos integrados ao HubSpot e CRM.
* Utilizar inteligência artificial para análise preditiva de leads e comportamento de compra.
* Apoiar o time comercial com insights baseados em dados para prospecção e expansão de contas.

Requisitos obrigatórios
* Experiência com marketing B2B SaaS e contas de ticket médio/alto.
* Domínio de HubSpot.
* Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de dados.
* Experiência com automação de marketing.
* Mentalidade estratégica e habilidade de traduzir dados em ações práticas.

* Conhecimento de IA aplicada a marketing e análise de dados.
* Experiência em aplicar modelos de IA para segmentação, previsão de conversão e otimização de campanhas.
