Responsável pela definição dos padrões arquiteturais das soluções de segurança de ICT e de rede, buscando a optimização dos recursos, a maximização da cobertura, a inovação continua, a excelência da experiência dos Clientes (internos e externos).


Principais Atividades:

• Desenvolver o programa de governança de identidade;

• Elaborar planos estratégicos de IGA/IAM/PAM/CIAM, convergência, roadmap, escopo, orçamento, etc.;

• Identificar melhoria nos processos para melhora da experiência do cliente;

• Atuar como referência técnica e apoio para o time nos temas de Gestão de Identidade e Acessos - IGA/IAM/PAM/CIAM;


Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação:

• Graduação nas áreas de Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; • Sólida experiência na área de Cyber Security;

• Pós-graduação/ MBA ou certificações na área será um diferencial;

• Sólidos conhecimento em ferramentas e arquiteturas de IGA/IAM/PAM/CIAM;

• Automação e integração - experiência com processos de automação para identidade e integração em outros sistemas usando scripts ou ferramentas de automação;

• Gerenciamento da Experiência do Usuário;

• Contas genéricas, de serviço e de administradores;

• Gerenciamento de identidade em multicloud; • Secrets Management, chaves de API, autoridades certificadoras, MFA, SSO, etc.;

• Conhecimento técnico de ferramentas de IAM (gestão de identidade e acesso), e de tecnologias como LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, dentre outros;

• Conformidade de auditoria em torno de identidades - experiência e conhecimento sobre processos, para apoiar a auditoria;

• Conhecimentos de soluções como: CyberArk, Sailpoint, Ping, Hashicorp, etc.;

• Conhecimento da estrutura de rede, switches, roteadores e servidores para suportar processo de integração destes recursos as ferramentas de controle de identidade;

• Desejável experiência em projetos de identidade.
