Keep track of market dynamics and the situation of competitors, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to maintain a competitive edge;8. Manage the performance of the sales team, conduct regular sales performance appraisals and implement incentive plans;9. Team Building: Keep abreast of team developments in a timely manner, provide various training and expansion opportunities for the team, and create a positive and upward team atmosphere.10. Training Management: Develop a good training plan, organize and supervise the staff of this department to complete the training, and enhance the working ability of employees.Requirements:1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English;2. More than 5 years of working experience in the same industry, familiar with various office uses; Solar energy, photovoltaic and the new energy industry related.3. Possessing solid theoretical basic knowledge and technical experience, capable of independently solving business problems;4. Possess strong logical thinking and communication skills, and have the ability to develop the market.
