About the Role


We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to define and lead the technical vision of our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platform.


This is a hands-on, senior leadership role where you will design the end-to-end architecture that takes AI models from experimentation to reliable, scalable production systems. You will work at the intersection of Data Science, Software Engineering, and DevOps, acting as the technical authority for all AI initiatives across the company.


Beyond building models, your mission is to design the infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, and architectural standards that enable high-quality AI and Generative AI solutions to operate at scale. You will guide the evolution of our platform from traditional machine learning to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).


What You’ll Do

AI Strategy & Architecture

  • Own and define the end-to-end technical architecture for AI and ML solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Select and standardize technology stacks, frameworks, cloud services, databases, and tools for model development, training, and serving.
  • Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML) to automate training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining of models.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the technical authority for AI, providing mentorship and guidance to Senior Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable AI architectures and technical specifications.
  • Lead architectural discussions, code reviews, and design reviews to ensure high engineering standards and best practices.

Innovation & Development

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, with a strong focus on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Oversee the integration of AI models into production systems, including REST APIs, microservices, and edge or embedded environments.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), security, and ethical AI standards across the AI platform.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 3+ years in an AI/ML architecture or technical leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of Java or C/C++.
  • Deep hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Studio, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
  • Proven expertise in MLOps and DevOps, including tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Jenkins.
  • Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Databricks.

Nice to Have

  • PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG-based systems.
  • Experience deploying AI models to edge or resource-constrained environments.
  • Cloud architecture certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
