Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
  • Desenvolver estudos detalhados de processo, para identificar gargalos e otimizar as várias etapas do processo produtivo, com enfase no processo fermentativo;
  • Identificar oportunidades para aprimorar os processos de fermentação, visando aumentar a eficiência e reduzir custos de produção.
  • Atuar em conjunto com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a condução bem sucedida do processo produtivo;
  • Liderar investigações para resolução de problemas operacionais, utilizando ferramentas de analise de causa raiz;
  • Facilitar workshops e treinar equipes operacionais para garantir entendimento e efetividade das mudanças aplicadas ao processo;
  • Aplicar conceitos e ferramentas do Lean, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma para eliminar desperdícios, reduzir variações e melhorar a qualidade dos processos


Requisitos:
  • Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia de Bioprocessos, Engenharia Quimica, ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em processos fermentativos, minima de 5 anos;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Dominio do Pacote Office;
  • Desejável certificação Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração
  • Pensamento analítico, criativo e orientado a soluções;
  • Disponibilidade para residir em Santa Rosa de Viterbo - SP;
