Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, and driving engagement across all platforms. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to shape our online presence and build brand awareness through effective content creation and strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s recruitment goals and brand vision. Tailor the strategy for various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to attract candidates and clients.
  • Content Creation and Management: Plan, write, edit, and publish engaging content that promotes our services, highlights job opportunities, and enhances the company’s reputation in the recruitment industry.
  • Content Calendar Development: Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent posting and aligned messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Collaboration with UK-based Agents: Direct UK-based agents to create A and B roll content (videos, interviews, client testimonials, etc.). Provide guidance on filming techniques and content themes to align with the social media strategy.
  • Monitor and Analyse Performance: Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and increase engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Manage interactions with the audience by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Foster engagement with potential candidates and clients through social platforms.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains current and effective.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in recruitment, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Experience in creating both written and visual content (writing, graphics, and video production oversight).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Collaborative mindset with experience managing remote teams or agents.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.


Desirable:

  • Experience in the recruitment industry or with employer branding.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimisation.
