Nesta função que você está prestes a embarcar, você será o responsável pelos seguintes deveres:


1 – Transporte Terceiro:

2 – Acompanhar o desempenho das transportadoras prestadoras de serviço de modo a atingir metas de produção, produtividade e qualidade;

3 – Realizar relatórios operacionais diários descrevendo com precisão e qualidade as situações encontradas de acordo com a demanda solicitada pelo supervisor;

4 – Idas à campo regulares, acompanhando a operação de transporte e relatando as ocorrências e gargalos operacionais;

5 – Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas afins (principalmente carregamento e estradas) de modo a achar as melhores soluções operacionais para os gargalos e garantir a máxima produtividade e produção;

6 – Fazer inspeções regulares nos Caminhões da operação para garantir cumprimento de regras de segurança e legais no transporte;

7 – Identificar, procurar e propor melhores rotas para o transporte visando otimizar a operação, ponderar restrições e diminuir custos de acordo com a realidade de campo. Checar e ajustar (caso necessário) rotogramas;

8 – Participar de Handovers e microplanejamentos garantindo condições de transporte das fazendas avaliadas e ponderando pontos de atenção;

9 – Seguir os Procedimentos Operacionais bem como respeitar as regras de segurança definidas;

10 – Guiar todas as ações de acordo com os códigos de conduta e políticas do grupo RGE, bem como nos valores de SQPC e TOPICC.

11 - Reportar ao Supervisor de Área o andamento das atividades de campo para apoiá-lo com informações de campo para tomada de decisão;


Requisito Básico:

Formação técnica completa (nível técnico) ou superior na área correlata.
