Principais Requisitos:


  • Atuar de forma estratégica na implementação das ações de transformação digital dos negócios da UCB Biopharma, sendo responsável pelo apoio consultivo aos times de marketing e demanda comercial. ·
  • Assegurar a gestão dos canais digitais, bem como a implementação de ações de engajamento digital de HCPs (gerenciamento de Veeva/Orbit/Approved Emails/Visitas Remotas/Eventos Remotos, etc). ·
  • Executar a estratégia digital, apoiando os líderes digitais na compreensão das diferentes necessidades entre as unidades de imunologia e neurologia.
  • Garantir a execução das iniciativas digitais do plano anual de marca e valor para o paciente (PVBP) para cada uma das unidades (PVUs) no Brasil.
  • Suportar adequadamente os times comerciais e áreas médicas na execução dos planos de negócios, marketing e valor para o paciente para cada produto, focando na utilização eficiente e racional de recursos digitais.
  • Impulsionar campanhas de awareness e educação médica continuada nos meios e canais digitais. ·
  • Apoiar a conquista dos objetivos das unidades de neurologia e imunologia, mantendo alta qualidade na execução das ações e aderência aos protocolos internos.
  • Transformar estratégia em ações de engajamento digital, implementando jornadas de comunicação personalizadas e multicanal, incluindo criação de conteúdos, a definição de jornadas de contato, campanhas, materiais e e-mails personalizados, entre outros.
  • Criar colaborativamente uma estratégia omni-channel, garantindo a segmentação adequada dos stakeholders com o objetivo de estabelecer e implementar réguas de comunicação efetivas e de valor.
  • Gerenciar as relações com agências de publicidade e design para garantir que todo material (digital) seja desenvolvido de acordo com os requisitos da Unidade, dentro do prazo e formato.
  • Monitorar os resultados da efetividade das ações digitais por meio da definição de KPIs, bem como manter uma análise contínua do mercado e tendências do ambiente digital para fornecer e co-criar novas soluções relacionadas à geração de impacto no negócio.


Requisitos:


  • Ensino Superior em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência com Transformação Digital no segmento farmacêutico (Conhecimento em CRM VEEVA, ORBIT e ON24);
  • Conhecimento em Estratégias de Mídias Online e Marketing de conteúdo (adwords, linkedin ads, Facebook Ads, Instragram ads, Google Ads e SEO);
  • Inglês Avançado.
