Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Reporting To: Global BI Manager

Main Purpose of the Role:

Developing Power BI analytics solutions that provide business intelligence and responsible for gathering and processing business data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Power BI analytics across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyse business requirements.
  • Analyse current business practices and procedures for leveraging MS Azure data and analytics PaaS services.
  • Provide reports, processes, and applications through the application life cycle.
  • Create and maintain data integration solutions based on different platforms and approaches as per business requirements and according to specific business operations based on sales, warehouses, logistics, marketing, human resources, etc.
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.


Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and PowerBI (mandatory).
  • Azure Data Lake Gen 2 (mandatory).
  • ETL tools or Data Factory to ingest structured, semi-structured and unstructured data (mandatory).
  • Data modelling and knowledge of MS Common Data Model.
  • Design and build modern data pipelines and data streams.
  • Leverage CI/CD frameworks in data pipelines.
  • Nice to have knowledge in ERP systems: MS Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, Sage X3.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • NoSQL and Databricks or Spark.
  • Synapse/SQL Datawarehouse.
  • Analytics, DAX, PowerQuery M.
  • Scala or Python, C#/.Net.
  • Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, Azure ML, understanding of Lambda architecture patterns would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Technology related BSc or relevant experience.
  • Working professional proficiency in English, additional European languages would be an asset.
