Core Responsibilities

1.Reports & Quality Assurance:

  • Generate monthly performance reports for clients from various industries, including real estate, events, restaurants, and B2B factories.
  • Ensure all work is accurate and meets quality standards after delivery.

2.Administrative Support:

  • Manage Data Entry, CRM, File Management, and Email Management.
  • Coordinate schedules, calendar invites, and handle various email communications.
  • Submit resumes, manage file conversions (PDF to Word/Excel/Google Docs and vice versa), and support all administrative tasks as required.
  • Create and organize sheets and reports on Excel.

3.Design & Media:

  • Oversee Social Media Management, including content scheduling, hashtag strategy, and engagement for clients across diverse sectors.
  • Design or edit posters, flyers, business cards, invitations, signs, and other media assets to meet client needs.
  • Perform basic photo and video editing as needed.

4.Project & Task Management:

  • Organize tasks and manage work streams on Asana.
  • Conduct research, copywriting, and social media strategy development to support clients in real estate, events, restaurants, and B2B factories.

5.Client Services & Event Support:

  • Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations tailored to each client’s industry.
  • Create quotes and customer reports, and assist with ordering items requested by clients for events or customer needs.
  • Fulfill all client requests within the normal course of business, ensuring satisfaction across a diverse range of industries.

6.Technical & Sales Support:

  • Implement new technologies and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance business operations for a variety of clients.
  • Manage product listings and contribute to sales funnel development, adapting to the unique needs of each industry.

7.Comprehensive Administrative & Marketing Assistance:

  • Execute any other administrative or marketing assistant tasks requested by clients.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, meeting client expectations across real estate, shows and events, restaurants, and B2B factories.


Desired Skills

Role Overview

  • Position: Marketing and Administration Assistant
  • Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere)
  • Compensation: R$1,900 per month (BRL) + 10% Sales Commissions
  • Work Hours: 8 hrs/day, 5 days a week
  • Holidays: Aligned with the USA calendar
