We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-stack Python Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, system design, and continuous learning, while also mentoring others and collaborating across teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and team knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems.
  • Take full ownership and pride in your work and the overall codebase.
  • Mentor and support other developers, promoting learning and professional growth.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of mentorship and collaboration across varying experience levels.
  • Maintain awareness of application security, performance, and scalability best practices.
  • Show a strong desire to continuously learn and evolve technical skills.
  • Approach problem-solving with a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset.


Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using frameworks such as Flask.
  • Cloud experience, particularly with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Proven experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).
  • Strong skills in debugging, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced English (mandatory) – strong written and verbal communication skills required for daily collaboration in an international environment.
