As a fast-growing business with an immediate need to innovatively build out our talent infrastructure, we’re looking for a dynamic professional who is keen to work in an agile and evolving business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business growth of the company from a financial control perspectiveEnsure financial reporting and practices are in line with statutory law and corporate control proceduresAdherence to US GAAP and local statutory accounting standards, delegated authority matrix and various policies and assess control risk as necessaryProvide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning & forecasting and cost in order to improve the results of the organizationEnsure timely and accurate preparation and filing of the tax returns through proper supervision and reviewMaintain effective internal control system and liaise with external and internal auditors on improvement of internal control proceduresPerform local treasury - cash management and forecasting.Ensure the consistency of financial processes and procedures, and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency.Job RequirementsAt least 15 years of working experience in Finance with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a teamFluent in Portuguese and English, Fluent in Chinese is a plus, but not requiredUniversity graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline, a CPC/CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is a must.Experienced and energetic finance professional with a passion to make a differenceHas a strong business, analytical, operational and leadership mind-setA true team player with very good communication and people skillsAble to establish relationships and work cooperatively across boundaries and the matrix to achieve results.Ability to effectively navigate and influence senior management and partner organizations.Develop self, peers and direct reports.Builds and invests in a diverse, high-performing team.Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems positively.At Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
