Who will you be working with?

This role partners employees and managers to deliver HR services, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, Talent Management, and HR data management.


How will you make a difference?

The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day support across core HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The HR Business Partner will also assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.


What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress).
  • Experience with HR functions or related administrative roles.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) is a plus.


What will your typical day look like?

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with Talent Management for the areas, including Performance Management Process and Talent Review ensuring employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to engagement, diversity, and process improvement.
