Perfil do Cargo:

  • Gerenciar e desenvolver as equipes de vendas de força direta da organização, tendo como base as políticas de preços e condições de negócios da empresa, buscando crescimento através de novos negócios, manutenção e renovação dos contratos já existentes, com constante desenvolvimento e atualização tecnológica, visando o alcance das metas de Lucratividade e Participação de Mercado da organização.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as equipes de vendas visando alcançar as metas estabelecidas, os resultados de lucratividade e rentabilidade.
  • Desenvolver, motivar e acompanhar equipes de vendas a fim de garantir melhores resultados individuais e da equipe.
  • Garantir a satisfação do cliente final através da correta identificação de suas necessidades, buscando a melhor solução tecnológica, objetivando sua fidelização.
  • Identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio em novos clientes.
  • Acompanhamento das Contas Corporativas, visando manter e/ou aumentar a rentabilidade das mesmas.
  • Garantir que o CRM (Sales Force) esteja constantemente atualizado por todos os Executivos de Contas.

Requisitos:


  • Experiência profissional de 8 a 10 anos em Venda Consultiva de Tecnologia
  • Experiência Supervisando de equipes.
  • Perfil proativo e com bom relacionamento interpessoal
  • Desejável Experiencia com Produtos de MPS - Serviços de impressão
