BingX offers diversified products and services, including spot, derivatives, copy trading, and asset management – all designed for the evolving needs of users, from beginners to professionals.BingX is committed to providing a trustworthy platform that empowers users with innovative tools and features to elevate their trading proficiency.Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTEResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.Accurately document and escalate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements/risk alerts (training provided).Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.RequirementsHave an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk/LiveChat.Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.Familiarity with Brazilian/Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
