Responsabilities:
- Assist in financial statements and accounting reports.
- Assist in monthly accounting reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform accounting and financial reconciliations.
- Organize and classify accounting documents, such as invoices, receipts and vouchers.
- Assist in the accounting closing, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Prepare documents and information necessary for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and record the movement of fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
Requeriments:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
- Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Skills with accounting and ERP software and advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
- Languages: Native Portuguese: Native and Advanced English.
- Professional Registration: Active CRC.
- Availability to travel.
