What does the role involve?As a Finance Manager, you will:Partner directly with functional leaders to shape and execute our growth strategy.Lead the financial performance management cycle, including rolling forecasts and financial steering across sales divisions.Analyze and advise on business cases, investments, and commercial strategies-turning data into action.Own and improve the financial planning processesCollaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, propose financial guardrails, and recommend course corrections.Contribute to long-term planning initiativesEnsure compliance and risk alignment while embedding agile, future-proof finance systems and structures.Lead with influence-not authority-by asking challenging questions, probing assumptions, and helping senior stakeholders align on impactful choices.Balance your time between strategic conversations and hands-on finance operations. This is not a traditional accounting role-it’s business partnering at its most influential.What you need is:Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (CPA/CMA/CA is a plus). Master’s degree is a plus.7–10 years’ experience in finance, consulting, or audit-ideally within multinational organizations.Strong strategic acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.Proven success in business partnering roles—working alongside execs and cross-functional teams to drive real outcomes.Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex financial topics, and communicate clearly in fluent English.What you can expect when applying to a Hilti position: When applying to a position at Hilti, you can expect a people-centric recruitment process where every application is reviewed by a human (automated notifications are triggered by our recruiting team).
