Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team If you have excellent English communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and a desire to build a rewarding HR career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. You will work in a hybrid environment, blending the flexibility of remote work with valuable in-office collaboration.


What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Post job ads across platforms and track engagement
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and employer branding activities
  • Support the HR team in improving recruitment processes
