Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Coordenadora de Marketing de Influência para liderar a equipe, que fica baseada em diferentes países da América Latina, a entregar campanhas estratégicas e de excelência. Esta pessoa fará parte do time central em São Paulo e contribuirá diretamente para a execução das campanhas. Além disso, será responsável pelo desenvolvimento da área de influência na agência.


Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar propostas e sugerir ideias e estratégias criativas e realistas de ativação com influenciadores alinhados com os objetivos dos clientes;
  • Coordenar a equipe para realizar o mapeamento, briefing e negociação além de revisar e aprovar o pagamento, contrato e produção de conteúdo dos influenciadores
  • Participar de chamadas com clientes relacionadas à execução, atualizando o desempenho da campanha de influenciadores
  • Monitorar e otimizar as entregas de atividades e resultados das campanhas de marketing de influenciadores.
  • Construir e manter um bom relacionamento com influenciadores e agências/gestores.
  • Desenvolver e nutrir talentos dentro da equipe de marketing de influenciadores, fornecendo mentoria e oportunidades de crescimento.
  • Colaborar com demais lideranças e equipes para alinhar os esforços de marketing de influenciadores com outras frentes de comunicação
  • Desenvolver a área de marketing de influência alinhado com os objetivos gerais da agência


Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 2 anos de experiência liderando equipes;
  • Mínimo 5 anos de experiência em Marketing de Influência
  • Entendimento do cenário digital e de novas tendências.
  • Proficiência com ferramentas de marketing digital.
  • Desenvoltura com documentos compartilhados (planilhas e documentos online).
  • Inglês Avançado ou Fluente (contato direto com clientes internacionais)
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de comunicação (escrita e verbal).
  • Habilidade de aprendizado rápido e constante
  • Ser responsável e comprometido com prazos e entregas de qualidade
  • Ter proatividade, agilidade e organização
