Mission:

Due to the exciting moment we are living, Fime is currently expanding the IT team and looking for an IT Support Executive, based in São Paulo. You will report to the Regional IT Manager.


ACTIVITIES

Operate the IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, data backups, network, telephone, etc)

Operate business applications (back-up/restore data in servers, production deployment, monitoring)

Prepare, install and maintain computers for all users

Troubleshoot computers and other IT devices (mobile, tablets, etc) and track incidents

Ensure maintenance for printer and fax

Ensure IT support for business applications (L2)

As part of Regional IT security officer:

  • Manage and monitor IT security (firewall, Wi-Fi, internet, network, etc)
  • Manage users rights and participate in the employee entry and leave process
  • Train new comers on security matters
  • Contribute to the Quality System improvement (procedures updates)


JOB EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in support of business applications (CRM, ERP)

Good knowledge of IT infrastructure such as network, phone systems, monitoring, backups, datacentre hardware, security (e.g. Active Directory), PC setup.

Experience with helpdesk tools and different operating systems


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Completed studies in a technical field, e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems or Technology, etc

Fluency in Portuguese and English

Good knowledge of MS Office suite

Customer oriented mindset


Contract: permanent contract

Location: São Paulo
