We are looking for Senior Site Leader,Onsite,Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) The Site Leader is responsible for the delivery of overall operations of the country.The Site Leader has the responsibilities and competencies of a Tech Level-3 plus:Responsibilities:. Oversee all operational activities of the team (Queue Manager and Tech levels 1, 2, 3). Ensure the team is compliant to the company (TCS) and client (Citi) policies, standards and code of conduct. Manage the team training and performance. Act as primary point of contact and escalation for the team. Foster a positive work environmentCompetencies:. Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes. Resource planning and allocation. Team leadership, motivation, and development. Conflict resolution and mediation. Performance management and coaching. Intermediate English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Stakeholder management (internal and external).
