Responsabilidades


  • Operar como o principal ponto de contato para as principais partes interessadas da conta
  • Desenvolva um relacionamento de consultoria confiável com contas, partes interessadas do cliente e parceiros internos
  • Preparar e garantir previsões de vendas mensais, trimestrais e anuais
  • Compreender as necessidades e objetivos do cliente para oferecer soluções personalizadas
  • Coordenação com nosso Customer Success para garantir a satisfação do cliente
  • Negociação de acordos e contratos comerciais
  • Resolução eficaz de conflitos


Qualificações


  • Experiência em entrega para clientes deste porte e complexidade (Operadoras de Telecomunicações)
  • Com experiência comprovada e sólidos contactos nas organizações. Quem está acostumado a viver sem cliente(s).
  • Bacharelado ou experiência equivalente em Negócios
  • Mais de 3 anos de experiência profissional relevante
  • Fluência no pacote Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal
  • Ingles e/ou Espanhol para comunicacao fluida.
