Blade Repair Engineer

**Job Purpose:**

The purpose of this position is to work as a blade repair engineer composing the operational team in the field, on projects in the USA or other countries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure that repairs are carried out by teams following technical guidelines and Engineering procedures.

- Client communication liaison during project execution

- Ensure that priorities, deadlines, and customer needs are met.

- Maintain records of operations and prepare final repair reports.

- Ensure the care, conservation, and correct application of the company's assets.

- Encourage the team with positive ideas and attitudes for innovation and improvement of repair processes.

- Ensure the application of work and environmental safety procedures.

- Drive company vehicles for mobilization, transportation of materials, and other demands related to the project.

- Collaborate with technical field teams to execute operational activities

- Comply with SGI requirements in accordance with company and customer standards and procedures.

- Manage project workforce.

- Plan materials needed to carry out the work.

- Organize the logistics of mobilization and demobilization of projects.

- Manage assets needed for projects.

- Monitor billing and progress of project schedules.

- Evaluate new business opportunities.

- Propose technological innovations and evaluate market trends.

- Carry out activities according to the scope of each project, as instructed by the superior.

- Carry out repairs following the leader's instructions and Engineering procedures.

- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.

- Maintain records of operations carried out in the department.

- Perform other activities as necessary or as instructed by superiors.

- Drive company vehicles to mobilize and transport materials and equipment.

- Perform activities on the ground, platforms, and other access methods according to specific training.

**Requirements:**

- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- At least 3 years of experience in the WIND sector.

- Availability to travel abroad.

- Valid passport and previously approved American visa (still valid or not).
