Lead Software Engineer | About You

As a Lead Software Engineer, you are responsible for driving the technical vision behind scalable, modern applications while guiding a high‑performing engineering team. Lead Software Engineer | Day-to-Day

  • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable applications using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.
  • Architect and maintain secure, high‑availability cloud-based systems optimized for performance.
  • Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
  • Mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning, quality craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Solve advanced technical challenges and influence decisions related to architecture and technology stack selection.


Lead Software Engineer | Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with advanced proficiency in .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development standards.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable application principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
