Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsabilidades: Conduzir o kick-off interno dos projetos logo após a venda Atuar como ponte entre áreas técnicas, produto e negócios Organizar e documentar projetos (cronogramas, planos de ação, atas, relatórios etc.) Elaborar e revisar documentos (SOW, escopos, cronogramas e propostas técnicas) Suporte operacional e administrativo aos projetos Implementar e evoluir práticas de gestão com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Apoiar a estruturação e evolução do modelo de governança de projetos
Requisitos e qualificações
Experiências e qualificações: Experiência prévia em gestão de projetos em empresas de tecnologia Domínio de metodologias ágeis e boas práticas (PMBOK, Agile etc.) Habilidade para lidar com múltiplos projetos, prazos e stakeholders simultaneamente Organização, atenção a detalhes, proatividade Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal ? Diferenciais que valorizamos: Vivência em ambientes SaaS B2B Certificações: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM ou similares Experiência com: Plataformas de dados Análise de risco Produtos digitais voltados para o mercado financeiro
