YOUR IMPACT As a Head of Revenue Management, you will lead finance capital allocation internal and external process thought the actual demand management process making sure the return over projects are captured as approval process required and potential M&A activities. You will work on different fronts; Continuous exercise to assess and monitor the value of the strategies. The value assigned to a strategy and the connected projects changes constantly and new information, useful for reassessing the value, comes is continuous flow from outside and inside of the company. Rates of returns and strategies must go hand to hand. Always compare value to price; Redeploy capital; Cut losses; Eliminate capital cross subsidies; Metrics for the rates of return could be ROIC IRR, NPL, PAYBACK, LTV/CAC (TLV-CAC), ROE or Total Returns (compared to peers) or a combination of them. Cash Flows should be used as the basis for properly measurement of value creation. Acquire to complement. Adjust upwards investments in more promising high value / high growth opportunities than initially expected; Challenge sales growth and quality constantly, Defined Minimum return for global deals tracked on Commercial Operating forum, implemented common methodology among countries and verticals. Challenge the quality of the developed assets constantly and the development efficiency/synergies continuously. Oversight Business Plans for VAS and core capabilities in the platform and developing strategic long term and what-if scenario models based on the business needs. WHO YOU ARE Experience of consultancy focus on finance transformation projects, capital allocation for tech companies, data visualization, Business Plan, Pricing. Lead and manage cross functional and cross boarder transactional projects. Finance Business partner oriented and Data driven professional who is passionate about digital transformation and payments with result –driven focus. Creative problem solver analytical and financial perspective. Ability to effectively work with global and local teams in a collaborative, multicultural and cross-functional environment. Identifying best practices and help countries ´connect the dots´ to learn from one another. Communicate clearly, adapting style to audiences ranging from engineering teams, control functions, business areas and senior leaders. Ability to effectively, and independently, manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
