Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst & Application Support Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical support for our applications. This dual-role position requires a blend of analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure our business systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Support:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications, addressing user issues and technical problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support application decommissioning and upgrades
  • Support data management, data structure
  • Work closely with IT teams and vendor teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure systems are running smoothly.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure application security and efficiency.
  • Preferably ITSM certified or with ITSM background and service now experience
  1. Business Systems Analysis:
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and present recommendations for process enhancements and system improvements.
  • Create detailed reports and documentation to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new business systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience working in Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data management is a plus.
