Job Title: Remote Personal Trainer

As a Remote Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fitness coaching services to clients worldwide. Your primary focus will be on crafting personalized workout programs, offering continuous support and motivation, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

Flexible: Part-time, starting at 20 hours per week. With the possibility to extend into Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Elite Influencers: Work closely with elite fitness influencers to understand and align with their coaching philosophy.
• Design Customized Workout Programs: Utilize the provided tools to design tailored workout programs that meet the individual needs and goals of clients.
• Client Engagement: Regularly check in with remote clients, providing motivation, guidance, and ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Client Support: Identify clients who require additional assistance and go the extra mile to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
• Social Media Outreach: Assist with various social media outreach tasks to promote fitness coaching in collaboration with influencers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Dedication to client satisfaction and a commitment to continuous professional growth as a coach.
• Remote work capability, with a location in a time zone conducive to collaboration with a US-based team.

Minimum level of English required:

C2-Level English proficiency.
