Position: Personalization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Personalization Specialist to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform, ensuring effective and continuous campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.

• Develop and manage Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript, following the platform’s library and standards.

• Create and customize campaign templates, adapting global models or developing solutions from scratch.

• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate the platform with other systems, ensuring campaign effectiveness and continuity.

• Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage).

• Skilled in developing Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience creating and customizing campaign templates.

• Strong teamwork skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

• Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.

• Developer certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Languages:

• English is not mandatory but considered a plus.
