Location: Remote – Brazil

Type: Full Time Contract (CLT)

Salary: R$15.000-18.000 per month (BRL)

⏰ Shift: 1:00-10:00pm BRT

• 6-7+ years of experience within Denodo
• Incident and Change Management Experience
• Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management experience
• Experience with disaster recovery testing
• Experience with Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions
• Excellent communication skills in English

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Denodo Administrator/Support Engineer to join their analytics team sitting remotely. Responsibilities will include:

• Denodo Administrative Support
• Business As Usual Support
• Technical Infrastructure Management
• Help/Share Best Practices with Developers
• POC on New Feature/Functionality/Changes
• Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekends from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)
• Planned Downtime Support (twice a month for windows patching activity)
• Incident and Change Management
• Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management
• Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)
• Report Promotions
• Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions
• Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level security
• System/Platform Upgrade Support
• Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)
• Disaster Recovery Testing
