Full-Time Counsellor/Clin Psychologist

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT
- Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
- Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities
- Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience
- Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization
- Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client
- Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers
- Provide support to our localization team in content translation
- Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team
Requirements
- A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling
- Can communicate in both English and Portugese
- At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting
- Expertise in individual and group facilitation
- Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content
- Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations
- Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in current country
- Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients (can include counselling and psychoeducation sessions)
- Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals
- Has their own dedicated clinical space, available for rental by Intellect for therapy sessions and related activities
