About the Role:
We are looking for skilled and motivated Data Analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels to join a fully remote and dynamic project. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Portugal and have hands-on experience with AWS Glue or Microsoft Purview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Data Analyst (junior to senior levels welcome).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources (e.g., cloud data warehouses, APIs).
- Experience with Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
- English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment.
- Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of ETL processes or working alongside data engineering teams.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
