RESUMO DO CARGO Estamos em busca de um Agile Release Train Engineer RTE altamente qualificado para liderar e coordenar esforços entre equipes em um ambiente Ágil escalado. Esta função é ideal para um profissional dinâmico que prospera em ecossistemas de entrega complexos e é apaixonado por promover a excelência Ágil em múltiplas equipes RESPONSABILIDADES DO CARGO - Facilitar a coordenação e o alinhamento entre equipes nos Trens de Liberação Ágil ARTs - Impulsionar a melhoria contínua e a maturidade Ágil em toda a organização - Apoiar o Planejamento de Incremento de Programa PI Planning, Scrum de Scrums e outras cerimônias SAFe - Identificar e resolver impedimentos que dificultam o progresso das equipes - Promover a colaboração entre Gerência de Produto, Engenharia e stackeholders QUALIFICAÇÕES TÉCNICAS - Certificação SAFe Agile obrigatória - Experiência comprovada como RTE ou em função de liderança Ágil similar - Compreensão profunda dos princípios e práticas do SAFe Agile - Excelentes
