We are looking for an Administrative Analyst to join our team in Brazil. The chosen candidate will be responsible executes a full set of general services such as facilities maintenance (equipment not included), administrative duties related to utilities, cleaning companies security and surveillance, employees transportation, canteen services, travelling support and other operational activities, with the aim of providing the functions involved with the proper administrative support services.


Activities

  • Executes operational activities and general services, including, facilities routine maintenance (equipment not included), administrative duties related to utilities, cleaning companies, security and surveillance, employees transportation, canteen services, travelling support, purchase order execution as required, in order to achieve the expected results on time, in line with requirements and accordingly to the leader above.
  • Interacts and communicates with employees and internal/external stakeholders regularly and effectively, aimed at fostering the knowledge sharing approach and find solutions to daily challenges
  • Deals with guesthouse contracts and agreements accordingly with the local legal requirements as well as the company guidelines and procedures.
  • Participates at the supplier and outsourcing providers management as well as qualification phases working closely with the relevant functions involved, in line with defined company policies and guidelines.
  • Updates the procedures, guidelines, work instructions, implementing and maintaining high level of applicable standards, accordingly with the leader above.
  • Manages and oversees the accurate archiving of documentation, in order to ensure data integrity and traceability, maintains systems for recording and storing information.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Education: University Degree
  • Have a background in HR activities will be a will be a differential
