Position Purpose


Keeta is looking for a Risk & Threat Coordinator to lead the development and execution of the Safety team’s risk intelligence and analytics strategy. This role will be responsible for building predictive models, dashboards, and actionable insights to anticipate and mitigate risks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company-wide decision-making.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and execution of the Safety team's risk intelligence and analytical strategy.
  • Build and maintain predictive analytics models, leveraging safety and operational data to anticipate risks.
  • Design and manage dashboards, alert systems, and reporting tools to enable proactive decision-making.
  • Develop and update dynamic risk maps, integrating geospatial and behavioral data for preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Policy, and Legal teams to embed risk insights into strategies.
  • Support crisis management efforts with real-time analytics and risk assessments.
  • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the Safety organization.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management, safety analytics, data intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistics, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus.
