Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Brazil (Remote)

Experience: 2–5 years


Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience working with remote teams, and a good understanding of the Brazilian talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintain ATS data and recruitment reports

Required Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills (Portuguese required; English preferred)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience hiring for tech roles
  • Exposure to global or remote hiring models
