Senior Data Analyst

São Paulo | Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong business sense to drive insights across our financial products portfolio (credit cards, loans, and credit risk). You’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Technology teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead advanced analytics for credit risk, loan performance, and card usage
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports (Looker, Google Data Studio)
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists on predictive models (credit scoring, fraud, segmentation)
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights
  • Present results to senior stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics (financial services preferred)
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with BigQuery
  • Solid background in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
  • Strong understanding of credit products, risk management, and financial KPIs
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
  • Familiarity with GCP tools (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., Basel, GDPR)
