PS is rapidly becoming the leading solution for quality multi-sourcing and end-to-end automated research solution.The Opportunity:PureSpectrum is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer to join our high-impact Product & Engineering team. This is a full-stack role with a primary emphasis on backend engineering. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining the core services, scalable RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure that power our mobile application. In addition to infrastructure and API design, you will optimize database interactions to ensure high performance. This is a fast-paced role within our global organization, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.Location: Brazil (Remote)Your Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable, robust RESTful API endpoints using .NET Core to support high-volume data consumption.Design and optimize database structures using MySQL and write optimized queries for better performance and data integrity.Implement and maintain server-side logic, integrating with third-party services using C# and object-oriented design principles.Deploy and maintain scalable cloud solutions on AWS, specifically utilizing EC2/Beanstalk, RDS, SQS, SES, SNS, S3, and Lambda.Test drive development and write comprehensive Unit/Integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.Follow best practices in version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud deployments to ensure efficient release cycles.Implement new features in our mobile app using Flutter.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a similar discipline from any recognized University.3-5 years of hands-on experience building back-end applications using .NET Core and ORMs like Entity Framework.Strong proficiency in C# and deep understanding of MVC design patterns.AWS Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud solutions leveraging core AWS services, including EC2/Beanstalk, RDS, SQS, SES, SNS, S3, and Lambda.Strong understanding of relational databases with a preference for MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.Knowledge of JSON, HTML, YAML, REST standards, and Git version control.Knowledge of build pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket, GitLab).Knowledge of Linux and command line interface operations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Basic knowledge of Flutter and/or native mobile development (iOS/Android), including the MVVM design patternNice to HaveExperience with mobile development technologies, specifically Flutter/Dart.Experience with Firebase.Knowledge of Shell script, JavaScript, and Native mobile development for Android/iOS.Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.Comfort with fast-moving teams and working across time zones with distributed teams.PureSpectrum Perks:Join PureSpectrum and become part of our innovative culture (PSX), where we prioritize your professional growth and foster a strong sense of team connection.
